Rental Rates
Due to the open staircases and the separation of the bedrooms the house is unsuitable for the infirm and for children under 12, please no pets.
There is a reduction of £20. for 2 or more weeks.
We personally deal with all enquires and preparation of the property prior to and during your holiday, all fuel including wood for the stove and linen (except beach towels) are provided.

A deposit of 25% is required when booking with the balance due 4 weeks before departure.
We will hold an unconfirmed booking for ten days. Payment can be made in Pounds or Euros we can also accept all major credit cards
Arrival and departure days are flexible allowing you the opportunity to arrange cheaper mid week flights.

Casa Eras is situated in the mountain village of Acequias. With the Moorish city of Granada, the coastal town of Salobrena, and the las Alpujaras capital Orgiva all within a 30 minute drive on an excellent road network. This makes Casa Eras an ideal base to explore this unspoilt area of Andalucia.
Acequias is situated approximately midway between Granada and the coast, 2 miles from the N323. The nearest town of Durcal is 3 miles away, Granada Airport is 35 miutes away, Malaga airport is about 2 hours drive away. Car hire is essential but can easily be arranged from about £75.00 per week.
The lounge area is comfortably furnished and has seating for 5, with a satellite television system to receive BBC channels and a radio cassette. There are a number of locally based books and maps for your use and a few novels. The first floor has a small balcony with views of the village. There is a wood burning stove and fan heater for the cooler winter nights.
The 2nd floor comprises the second bedroom with twin beds and a double wardrobe, oil filled radiator, and a cupboard for the iron and ironing board if you really need them. You are on holiday! There is also a toilet and washbasin on this floor, and access to the roof terrace. with stunning views over Acequias and the Lecrin valley. Comfortably furnished with recliner chairs and table the roof terrace is the place to relax. The terrace faces south west so gets the sun from early morning till it sets over the distant mountains. On a night the clear mountain air enables you to see millions of stars.
Casa Eras is a village house on three floors. The ground floor has a double bedroom, with views of the Olive groves, a shower room with toilet and sink, and the entrance hall and steps to the 1st floor. which houses the lounge and kitchen areas, the modern kitchen comprises fitted kitchen units, sink, hob, Microwave combi oven, fridge, and washing machine and a gas water heater, with a breakfast bar for dining.
