How to book your holiday

1 Ring or email to enquire about availability.

stuart@holidaysingranada.co.uk we will reply within 10 hours with availability and cost. We will enclose a booking form and details on how to book. Please note that availability is only guaranteed at the time our email is sent.

2 To make a provisional booking
Ring or email so that we can confirm that the house/apartment is still available. We will hold a provisional booking for you for 10 days while you arrange flights and pay the deposit. A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

2 The deposit can be paid either by:-
a) A Sterling or Euro cheque made payable to STUART MASON and sent, with the completed booking form, to Stuart Mason, Calle San Segundo 4, Chite, Granada, 18656, Spain

b) Credit or Debit card payment using PayPal (part of the ebay group of companies). Contact us for details. Payment is easy and secure (we do not receive any details of your cards).

c) A Sterling cheque paid directly into our UK bank account. Please contact us for details.

3 On receipt of your deposit we will send you travel directions and further information about the property.

4 The final balance can be paid in :-
a) Euros on arrival (at that day's exchange rate BBC teletext)

b) Sterling or Euro cheque to the above address 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.

c) Credit or Debit card using PayPal 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.

d) A Sterling cheque paid directly into our UK bank account. Please contact us for details.
Please indicate your preferred option on the booking form.

5 If you have to cancel the booking after either paying the deposit or the final balance we will either:-
a) Change your booking to an alternative date subject to availability.
b) If we can re rent the property for the affected dates we will refund any money paid.
c) If you have paid the full amount and you have to cancel up to 4 weeks before the start of your holiday, we will refund you the amount paid less the deposit.
d) If you have paid the full amount and you have to cancel up to 2 weeks before the start of your holiday we will refund you 50% of the amount paid.
